Head office Nairobi, Kenya. Visitors are welcome; call ahead so the right person is in.
Opening hours Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–1pm.
Field officers Across Nairobi and partner counties, including evenings and weekends.

CECF never asks for money by phone. Our assistance is free, and government fees are paid directly to the issuing office. If anybody asks you to pay CECF, it is not us. Call 0722 156 397 and tell us.
